The course in Management of Communication in Aeronautics is a ENAC LG 005 2023 compliant course. The course aims to provide the operator/ pilot with the necessary skills to manage and understand the structure of aeronautical communications, both in Italian and English, as indicated by Art. 8 of EU Regulation 947/219.

The theoretical/practical training is based on basic concepts indicated by ENAC in ENAC LG 005 2023 and on the regulations and procedures in force regarding the Aeronautical Radio Telephony:

• Ability to manage aeronautical communications;
• Definitions;
• General Operating Procedures;
• Meteorological information;
• Contingency and Emergency Situations;
• Aeronautical Information;
• Management awareness and situational awareness between D-Flight web portal and AIP-Italy;
• Operational simulations and comprehension tests.

ExaDrone Academy provides the course both in presence and online in synchronous mode.  The course is mandatory for upgrading and obtaining Specific STS and above.  At the end of the course, a certificate will be issued by ENEA - National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development.
