Thermography
Thermography is a science discipline of acquiring and analyzing thermal information from non-contact thermal sensing devices. It is a fast survey method for diagnostic, maintenance and condition control activities of elements in different fields. Thermography allows to acquire maps representative of the areas investigated. Maps make it easier to assess the objects being analysed because they associate a specific colour with the measured temperatures. A dishomogeneous coloration almost always corresponds to a problem and the presence of a pathology in place on the building or plant being analyzed. The fields of application of thermography are many: scientific research of materials and products, quality control and monitoring of processes in place, construction sector, industrial sector, electrical and mechanical, nautical, hunting and faunal census, Gas research, virus spread and rescue operations for Fire Brigades. The course of Thermography is aimed at learning the theoretical concepts of thermography with drone, planning a mission for thermographic survey, using open source and commercial software tools for processing the data set, The setting of thermal sensors.
ExaDrone Academy provides the course in-person at our premises, as it includes a theoretical part followed by a practice. At the end of the course, a certificate will be issued by ENEA - National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development.
