The course aims to provide the operator/ pilot with the initial knowledge necessary for Open operations, low risk, with the possibility of exploiting the capabilities of UAS flight in rural environment with certified means up to 4 kg.

Theoretical training is based on regulatory concepts as indicated by ENAC, EASA and the regulations and procedures in force regarding the use of drones (UAS):

• Aviation safety, airspace limitations and aviation law;
• Drone Knowledge (UAS);
• Risk of human performance;
• Data protection, security and insurance;
• Basic flight procedures.

ExaDrone Academy provides the online course in synchronous mode.  The course is not compulsory, but strongly recommended with the aim of passing the Open A1/A3 exam.  At the end of the course, a certificate will be issued by ENEA - National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development.
